Problems

Solution
Guide how to buy and use products for the new-to-Kbeauty customers and provide sufficient information of products
Process
When I joined this company it was the moment Kbeauty products were getting popular, and there were new Kbeauty e-commerce websites open up every day. The company owner wanted to open a website as soon as possible, and we decided to make it with Magento, CMS system. Under incredible tight deadline, our team needed strategy, and we decided to focus on developing the main page. After we opened the website, we improved other pages and flows based on customers reviews.

Reflection
At this time, my UX skill was mostly self-taught, and this project gave me a good experience as a UX designer. All the activities I did along with this project, such as customer service, inventory system, and shipping process made me learn about UX design even Service design, which helped me a lot for my master's study at MICA.
When we launched our website, its market was just like 'Red Ocean', and it made our team have to struggle to make sales. It turned out, that experience motivated me to learn about 'Emotional Design,' and it became my research subject at my master's study at MICA which made me have different perceptions of digital products, and a deeper understanding of human emotions.
Unfortunately, our team only had under a year running this website until the company had a financial crisis. But under the fast pace environment, our team members supported each other, and it gave me a chance to improve my communication skills and realize how important teamwork is once again.
