- How might we create a website that is easier and more intuitive for users in order to increase conversion rate, accessibility, and sales of the website

Solution
- It provided improved user flows and fixed UX problems through data collected through heuristic evaluation and user testing.
- Created an HTML based website for SEO optimization and easy management.
- In order to reduce image resizing time by in-house designers, the website includes considering of the banner size and ratio that is easy to maintain and uses background color and text HTML and CSS code to drastically reduce unnecessary image production time.
Outcome
- Sales revenue increased significantly
- After a few months, the company ranked first in the industry.

Reflection
This project was a challenge for me because it was the first big website project I was leading. However, the most important learning from this project was that through many meetings, conversations, and iterations, I have learned how to communicate with our development team, customer service team, especially stakeholders. It also taught me how to control risks during the project under pressure and decision changes. It was also an opportunity to think about "users." Since the users and products of this website were not very familiar, this project made me think deeper about users and made me want to learn more about UX design. Concerns to provide better UIs and efforts to make more accessibility for the users have resulted in an increase in sales, and through this part, It was the big moment for me to realize the importance of UX Design.
